Freeing the mind through movement

For clients in Brighton and Hove, I offer walk-and-talk coaching in places like Stanmer Park, Devil’s Dyke, Ditchling Beacon, Preston Park, South Down's Way, and along the seafront.

How does outdoor coaching work?

These sessions are paced, reflective, and structured - not just a walk, but intentional thinking space. Sessions take place on carefully chosen routes that are quiet, spacious, and accessible and agreed in advance.
