How we will work together
I support people through periods of change and uncertainty, helping them reconnect with their strengths, values and what matters most.
Through coaching, reflection and practical tools, I create supportive spaces where people can pause, process and move forward at their own pace.
I have lived experience to draw upon and will support you develop greater resilience and self-awareness to confidently find your footing again.

No - this programme offers coaching, reflection and wellbeing support. If I believe therapy is required I would signpost you to the relevant support or service.
Who is it for?
People navigating significant life changes, including health diagnoses and other major transitions.
Can I join if I’m receiving treatment?
That would depend on individual circumstances; and is something we would discuss during a discovery call.
Group or one-to-one?
The prgramme is available as a group programme, or as individual one-to-one support. If you'd like to discuss which is better for you and your circumstances book a free introductory call.
